Sorry to hear that DG. Whata stressful time for you.

I'm sure Anna will get something sorted for you.

Good luck and hang on in there!!

My IVA was adjourned with 74.5% voting yes and NR voting no with 24.5%.

On the final day of the adjournment my remaining creditor accepted and I got it, the stress was horrendous, so keep pitching

That must of been a nightmare to wait that long at 74.5%...How did you cope ? we are waiting on tix to vote on a abbey zero card that anna thinks they forgot to vote on as they voted yes on all the other cards and loans they represented. Then if that does not go in our favour she is going after cahoot and abbey accounts then back to northern rock to see is they will change their vote with some reworking.Mbna is being left as they are a big holder of % and a no vote would be bad for the proposal. so on we go to tuesday and hopefully some good news but hey 9 more days left after that so who knows.

Another day another adjournment ! Tix say that the abbey card is there's to vote on but they need to speak to Santander first. So I guess tomorrow will come and go too at this rate. !!! I'm fading fast I'm in a spiral. Groundhog day again

Hopefully Santander will be ok. I don't remember reading anything about them being awkward.

I hope they do vote quickly - I'm finding it uncomfortable keeping everything crossed![:D][:D]

Oh Graham! What an awful time you are having. These creditors just don't care how it affects us.

I wouldn't mind if we weren't doing our best to pay them back.

Isn't it supposed to be lucky if a bird ***** on you.

Please try and stay strong and positive - your IP wouldn't have put your proposal forward if they had thought it would be rejected.
