Just had fantastic news!

Had a phone call from my IVA firm, the representative explained that they have had a call from my IP and have been told to reduce the levels back to the originaly agreed amount. They even went as far as saying that some changes would need to made for front line staff as to how cases such as this are handled.

Thanks so much for all your help, I'm confidant my wife and I can now cope with the IVA through to it's end now!

Great news John and nice to see the IP firm making changes to ensure such a mistake does not recur. Well done.

Hi
Just shows how important it is to choose an IVA provider with a line straight to the IP or at least someone with a good knowledge of the process

Thanks again to everyone especially Andy and Melanie.

I wouldn't have had the confidance to approach my IP without their advice. This will make a significant difference to both myself and my wife.
