I got my iva with synergi in 2006, i have not heard from them recently and was due to send my yearly out going report,

I Called Synergi Partners *number removed* constantly engaged

Found on web site Relax Group plc own Synergi Partners rang them
Lady answered and said she was just switch board and would get someone to call me back, they have never called back. I have since called this number again and the same lady just says she can only take a message this number is even answered by the same lady Sunday at 22:00 hr. Number listed is for a company called debt counsellors *number removed*

*number removed* Number heading relax-group.co.uk does not exist

*number removed* Debt care, answered by same people as debt counsellors can not put me through to synergi can only take message, no one calls me back

Rang insolvency service.gov help line *number removed* not much help

I rang one of my creditors and told them of the situation, she gave me a contact number for Synergi which they had. *number removed* rang this number and is constantly engaged.

I rang the operator to check the numbers for Synergi, *number removed* I was told it is engaged but is actually out of service, *number removed* is in engaged but not out of service but was told by the operator that it is very strange for a 0870 number to be engaged

I tracked down a number for one of my IP’s Paul Gordon-saker, appears he lives in Devon *number removed* Spoke to lady could be wife, told me he was away i asked when he would be back she said he was in hospital she took my name and number. I rang again after no response and same lady answered explained the situation and she told me she would get him to ring me. has not called back,

the other IP was someone called S Watts,, can not find any information on this person,

i checked to see if synergi was still an active company and its still listed as it is.

I don't know what to do,, do i continue my payments to a company that has disapeared,,,, the more i find out about this company it worrys me. debt counsellors were the ones who put me in touch with snergi 3 years ago,,, and they are all the same company at the same address, please can any body help every one i ring for advice seems to get me no where

Hi,

I have removed the telephone numbers you put in as you are not allowed to post numbers, particularly private ones.

If you wish to get hold of your IP, you can do so via this link:

http://www.insolvency-service.co.uk/newipsearch.htm

Otherwise we do have a new function on this site called the IVA mediation hotline. You can find the details ona link on the left hand side of the page. Give them a ring and put a complaint in.

Hi James,

Try the email addresses I have given you above. They are the IP's direct addresses

Are you sure that P.Gordon-Shaker was your IP and not just an employee of the Insolvency Practice?

I would certainly email Sue Watts or Elaine Month as suggested by rayb, and request that she discusses this with you over the phone as soon as possible. I'm sure that she'll be able to clear things up and give you working phone numbers.
Take care,

Liam James

We have had the same situation with the same company and can really sympathise. We are transferring our IVA to another company if we can

Unfortunately twinkletoes, you have to stay with the same company throughout your IVA.

To try and change would involve court and a lot of money.

The IVA Mediation Service have recently dealt with a complaint from this firm and may be able to help you as well.

Jan - I think that twinkletoes' IVA actually failed, so there is nothing stopping him/her from trying another one with a different company, which I suspect is what they mean.

I have had my IVA with synergi (3 years) and have had a letter through from a different company saying that Synergi Partners have gone into financial administration. I have since tried to call them (numbers no longer exsist) on numerous numbers and have sent emails with no response. I checked the links mentioned in earlier posts for my IP's details and that too is showing zilch.

They are still taking payments every month but am unsure as to what I do next?

Have they gone into administration? What happens to me IVA if they have?

Any suggestions greatly received!

Synergi has sold it's IVA business to Cleardebt, so it will be that company which administers everyone's UVA.

You have nothing to worry about, just keep making your payments as normal and your IVA will continue.

I have no doubt that Cleardebt will be contacting everyone to inform them of the change over.

Who do we trust here there are that many companies wanting to rip you off. I have been notified by Bankrupcy365 in a letter this morning about this.

Its a disgrace the way we are being treated.

Clear debt tell me phone lines at Synergi are down. Judging by the dates on this topic they have been down for a long time.

Dont no what to do for the best. I have lost trust with all this.

Help!!!!!!!

I Have only got 18 months left to pay.

Do i carry or stop paying?

what a fantastic weekend this is going to be I thought this IVA was to take all the misery of debt away.

And anyone neutral reading this yes i have only got myself to blame but I did face facts and try and get myself out of it.

We still do not deserve to be treated like this.
