great news hopeful good luck to your future.wantmylifeback if a creditor does,nt vote it goes down to the others that do,so if only one creditor votes and its yes then you have %100 acceptance.so a no vote is just like a void or non runner.if nobody votes i think its a yes as well,if you have £100,000 of debt and only one creditor votes who you owe £100 to, its a %100 yes vote.then all creditors are bound by the iva terms and conditions by law.

You have to have 75% of the creditors who vote on the day who agree to it.

I'm sure that you have to have at least one creditor vote.

Hopefully Mel or Andy will come on to confirm or otherwise.

I have just looked on another website and someone from GT has an interview on there and says that it won't go through if no one votes.

I agree with Jan - at least one creditor has to vote yes for the IVA to be accepted.

Thankyou all so much for your kind words it really means a lot. Melstel our dividend in the proposal was 57.74p/£ but after the meeting today i believe it will be more because our creditors asked for the IP's fees to be reduced at no further increase to our payments. BE said that we would get an increased dividend in the Chairmans report so not sure how much it will be. Apparently this is quite common for creditors to ask for a decrease in IP's fees according to BE today and it will be explained when we get the report.
Have felt on a high today and its been great because theres been lots of lows in the past few months but heres to the next 5 years
