I have got the name of my IP and sent him an email, fingers crossed I get a reply and get this all sorted out!
If not I am going to call the citizens advice and find out where I stand, surely someone who has an IVA uses their disposible income to pay the IVA not save up amounts of £650.00 to pay for "paperwork" !!!!

I just found them in the Yellow Pages as far as I remember.
I sent an email to my IP yesterday (which I have not had a response to yet) but from looking at all my correspondence last night I noticed that all the letters have actually got my IP's name on the bottom of the letters. Therefore I guess he has been making the decisions anyway, which is not a good thing for me!
But in the email I have said that I have taken advice and I should not have to pay this £650.00 - I sent a copy as a letter also, I they dont reply to email or phone calls!!
