When I had an operation at the end of last year, I had a morphine drip attached and I could press a button for pain relief.

I'm proud to say that I never usd it once!

I must admit that after having my little girl I refused all pain medication. I'm the sort of person who likes to know when it stops hurting of it's own accord. A morphine drip though, I'd proabably be tempted, just to see!!!

It was a limited feed so you couldn't O/D on it! I was in more pain when I got home - could have done with it then!

I have to say we are with DFD and are now less than 2 years away from completion. DFD have been great. They can be a bit slow but its understandable as te company is so large. However, whenever we have spoken to someone on the phone we never feel as though they are looking down on us. They always reassure us, and tell us not to worry. We call DFD if ever we have any problems and are struggling. I would advice anyone to do this rather than bury their heads in the sand. Anyway, I am rambling. DFD have got the thumbs up from us. xx
Its now time to start living and to make some some wonderful memories!

Why is it acceptable for a large company to be slow? I am glad to see this company getting some positive comment for a change, but all IP firms must be able to keep up with their client's needs regardless of their size.

Hi Melanie.
I agree with your comments and I have said in many posts that we, as a company have not had the best communication processes with our clients in the past. However we are making alot changes to ensure that our clients are dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner. We recognise that regardless of our size, our clients must come first always.

Thanks

That is good to hear Declan - and you are doing a great job to promote this on the forum. I hope your bosses are backing you up, and you are getting the recognition you deserve for being the public face of DFD on the forum.

It is great to have DFD and the CCCS on here given their respective sizes. Any changes implemented for the good of clients will serve to enhance the reputation of the industry as a whole.
