Good Morning, Melanie, Thank You for asking,
My proposal has been recirculated and a new meeting has been arranged for Sept 22nd, my team are confident of a reversal in fortune this time, however I'm a little sceptical.
Will run with this until then as we are this far down the road, but if we run into difficulties I shall call your office and discuss my options with one of your members.

Have a nice day.

I do hope you get a good result the next time. has your IP changed anything in the proposal to make it more acceptable to creditors?

Hi Lolly
I hope everything goes accordingly with your proposal and remember, if you have any questions or queries, do not hesitate to ask. Im more then happy to help in any way I can.

MFNE - likewise, if you need any assistance or a quick answer to anything, let me know and I will make sure it gets treated as a priority. You are correct in that our previous communications with our clients hasn’t always been the best but we are making a conscious effort to improve this.

Thanks

Declan,

I emailed you on 28/8 and as yet no reply, also emailed my IP on the 22/8 but he just refers me to the "Meetings Team"
Sounds like he cant answer anything himself as he hasn't got any idea what's going on,
Fully understand he could have a huge client base but direct questions to your IP in my view should not be passed on. This gives me the impresion he's not involved in the decision to recirculate without amending the original proposal.
Or if it was his decision, why has he got the idea my creditors will change their minds when they have already given you an answer.
I know your team are working hard on my behalf, Thats what they tell me and I dont doubt.
But at the end of the day I'm the one fighting off creditors with excusses why they arn't being paid the full amount again this month, and having to wait past my payment date because your accounts dept couldn't return my standing order until I had to phone and ask for it back.

It is a shame that your IP feels that he cannot speak to you directly - sadly this does seem to be a common pattern within the larger firms, although I fail to see why this should be.

mfne - I really do hope that the new proposal will be accepted, but if it is it does beg the question why this could not have been sorted out with the first one, or at worse during the adjournment period.
