MBNA also use a collection agent called Global Vantedge,
They called me this week and said I owed them over £400.
According to their records when I started my IVA process in July I submitted token payments for 3 months until my IVA was accepted and the new debt was for the ammounts that had accumulated because I was not paying enough to meet their minimum monthly payments.
You can guess what I told them to go and do with that request.
They also said if I failed to bring the account up to date it would affect my credit rateing and could lead to them seeking a ccj to recover the total amount of outstanding debt.
Nearly pee'd laughing as i put the phone down and could still hear him jibering on about a poor credit rateing.
Think it's the best phone call I have ever had from someone I owe money to.
