Hi and welcome to the forum,

Could you post a bit more details about your finances etc. I am presuming that you are now not able to meet your obligations???

You may be eligble for a DRO (Debt Relief Order) as your debts are under £15K, but please post more and we can advise further

You may qualify for a number of solutions, you need to do a full assessment of income vs expenditure. Work out what you have left over each month.

Also, make sure that you include any credit commitments, don't miss anything out.

For information on IVA's or the other possible solutions, these links could be useful.

As long as you don't own a house, have less than £50 per month disposable income and don't have more than £300 in assets then a debt relief order sounds as though it could be ideal. It will cost you £90 and as long as your DI doesn't go above £50 for 12 months, then your debt will be written off.
