I think that's a brilliant idea and if I was in an IVA I would be happier being able to check online that payments had been received

My IT department are currently working on a system where our clients will be able to monitor their payments and dividends to creditors on line. It is costing a fortune, but I feel that it is essential for client to be able to be involved in the ongoing supervision of their case - as Jan says she finds this very useful.

Melanie thats great.......I think the added benefit of such a system to those of us already with your Company would be very worthwhile. If my IVA ia approved then I for one would certainly make the most of such a system and would envisage for such a good Company this sort of technology would repay dividends.

Ronald, we dont feel that BR is the right route for us although I do appreciate that it is a life line for many. We have been in contact with Andy Davie from VB ref a DMP and feel very happy that we are going down the right road at last. Again I appreciate that we all have different needs and each case is individual but we feel such relief knowing that by doing it this way we are going to be able to pay back our debts and feel comfortable with what we are paying. As I have explained on another thread my hubby's wages can fluctuate with the nature of his work, we were so worried about this before and now we know we can set up a payment to suit the 'lesser wage packet' and save the extra on the good months, we will then just top up with lump sums, I really like that flexibility. And we anticipate paying the toal amount back in about the same time scale as the IVA would have potentially run. For us, its DMP all the way now ;-)

You're my IP Mel so anything I can do with the online system I'll be around for a few years yet as your client.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
