You were completely right, I am just a little shy and was worried she would be angry with me now I've read her lovely email I know shes absolutely fine about it and I should have called her back in the first place, still we live and learn I'm looking forward to speaking to Melanies team and getting myself back on track again. Thank you kallis for your support its very much appreciated

Always here and glad to be of assistance.

Melanie is lovely, I can vouch for that having met her. She, or one of her team, will always be there to help you.

You're in good hands with Mel and her team. I've never met Tina, but I've met Mel and she's lovely.

Tina and I are on holiday for the next week 3Princesses, but our colleague Melanie Nicholas will be available if you want to have a chat. Strangely enough Tina and I are both going to Egypt, but unfortunately not to the same place. It would have been lovely to have met up with her, because she works tirelessly for me and I could have bought her a big cocktail to say thanks!

Hi 3princesses

I know it's all such a daunting process, but i can agree with the others that you'll be in safe hands with Melanies team. Everyone i've dealt with so far have been lovely and put you at ease.
I don't blame you for waiting till monday to call them, i have 2 little princesses (although a fiar way off school age yet) i can barely hear myself think most days lol as they're so noisy

Good luck

Love Cath x

Thank you very much Rhondda. I will certainly try to enjoy it - but am bound to get forum withdrawal symptoms occasionally!!

3princesses its great to see you choosing Melanies team.....have said it before but Tina is a real gem and her advice from Day 1 to today (even though I have subsequently been assisted by Angela, Tom and Melanie herself) has stood true.

Melanie please give Tina my kind regards and I hope you both enjoy your well deserved holidays.

Have a fab time Mel - I hope it is as hot as when we went last month.

I'm very jealous!

Hi everyone, thanks for your kind words and advise. Sorry I have not posted for a few days my husband and I have been away for the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary, a gift from my parents, it was heaven to get away from everything for a couple of days. I have had a small amount of progress on my case. Strangely enough I last posted on Thursday night and by Friday afternoon DFD had had sent me a text message asking me to call them as they had a progress update and wanted to make an appointment to go through things with me (they had also tried to call me but as we were away they couldn't get through). I don't know if this has anything to do with conversation we were having on the forum on Thursday night but it does seem a big coincedence. Anyway as they have all my paperwork and Mel and Tina are on holiday this week I figure I have nothing to lose in giving DFD a call tomorrow morning and see what they have to say and if they can put my mind at rest if not I will be strait on the phone to Mel's team and I will be having a chat with Tina when she returns, regardless. I hope everyone has had a lovely weekend and big congratulations to Pennyless, I have seen you had your iva accepted, I'm so pleased for you, well done :)

Glad you had a great weekend.

It won't harm you to speak to DFD, but you have to make sure that you are totally happy with the company you use.

I would go for the smaller firm myself, but of course the choice is yours.
