Good luck for today!

We went out to celebrate in the evening after the good news, although I'm not sure we knew what we were celebrating!

Hi, can't believe how quick we got our answer! Meeting at 10.30am and IP rang at 10.46 to let us know accepted! Got a few minor amendments plus they want £60 extra, but at least its sorted and we can now look to the future. Thinking of it as a 5 year loan and once its paid back we are free. Again thanks for all your support and good wishes, we have used this site as a bible since starting down this road and your help and insight into all 'if's and but's' from our questions and other peoples has been invaluable. When you have a question and you need a quick answer to put your mind at rest you are always there with a speedy reply. Thanks so much and 1 down 59 to go!!![^]

Congratulations and well done to your IP too. Just a pity about the extra money and I hope it does not cause too many problems.
