Bit shell shocked really, was convinced it would be a no as thats usually our luck. Just glad to have it settled now and that we can pay back as much of our debt as possible and then never see another credit card as long as we live!

stewart i am feeling EXACTLY like that now, that would be my luck that it won't be accepted just keep thinking what i am going to do WHEN it fails not IF it does!
I completely agree i don't ever want to see any credit cards or anything like that ever again! time to make a fresh start and do it right this time! good luck for the future and i will let you know my outcome!

Great news StewartMac. Hope the £60 extra does not inconvenience too much. The first year will fly by, trust me. Don't forget at your first annual review to include all items of expenditure that are not in your original I&E (there will be some, none of us remember to put everything down at the start - or even know some items that we can claim for in the first place!). From my experience, and previous comments from forum experts, IP's have more scope to add in expenditure where it is justified at review stage compared to getting the IVA agreed in the first place.

Congratulations!!
