Well at 10.17 this a.m. our IVA was accepted[:D]

A few changes mainly BE Fees, and an increase of £41 pound in our monthly payment, beacuse the creditors don't accept bolier cover and we need to reduce our pet money by £10 per month.

Its a strange feeling, but I think I feel relieved at least this way I can see light at the end of the tunnel..........well in 60 months time.

Thanks for your words of support, This will be the first place I will come to if I need any advise.

I hope that I will manage to sleep tonight[^]

Well done to you and BE. Again pity about the uplift and I am wondering what will happen to your IVA if the boiler goes. Will you then need a payment break to have it fixed? I think it is harsh to have to cancel this.

Kaza thats great news....enjoy your sleep tonight!

Congratulations on the IVA being accepted - although I think you're IP should have held out on the boiler cover and pet costs. if these are legitimate costs, which I'm sure they are then they should be included.

Excellent news, from reading the site it does seem that creditors are trying to squeeze a bit more out of debtors best proposals at the moment.

Fantastic news, my boiler did actually break down to the tune of £800 repairs during my first month of IVA! eek! I had to miss a payment and have been playing catch up for a while. Then again some other posters never have anything go wrong, so I guess it's sods law really.

I hope you have a smooth journey and sleep well tonight.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Fantastic news Kaza - so glad it has been approved. I think they should have included the boiler cover as well. My pet costs were never reduced either - I have insurance for both my dogs and they have never queried the costs.

Enjoy your evening.
