Not often I have to complain about the service I get from Payplan, but I do have to today!

We do quarterly reviews, and at the beginning of the month sent off payslips/pension slips, as requested. When we had heard nothing back after a week, hubby phoned to make sure said items had arrived, and was told they had, they were on the caseworkers desk and we should hear shortly.

My case worker phoned me up last week to see if they could contact me when my car insurance was up for review and I said yes and I also asked about the annual review and was assured that she would be dealing with it the following day.

Imagine my surprise when I received a letter today telling me that to comply with the terms of my IVA I should send off payslips every three months and I was missing the last three!

Furious would be a mild way of describing my reaction![:(!] Hubby has not (as yet) received such a letter, so presumably they have his (and they were in the same envelope!) I could not get in touch with them, despite the fact that Justabank stated they were open until 5 today, but on phoning them there was just the standard ansaphone message.

They are now shut until the 4th of Jan.

I am not happy and they will be finding that out come the New Year![:(!]

Sorry to hear you couldn't get hold of them Jan. I think it's disgraceful that they are closing completely for so long - what are people supposed to do if they have problems?

I hope you get this sorted out in the New Year Jan, and that you get an apology from them xxx

How annoying for you Jan - why do letters also drop on mats when offices are closed!

I'm sure you'll get it sorted Jan...try not to let it ruin your Christmas.

xx

Oh hun, I'm so sorry. I can't believe they are closed for so long, how frustrating. I hope it gets sorted soon. X

I sent my payslip to payplan earlier this month and didn't hear from them for a week, so i phoned and my case officer said she hadn't received it. I faxed it in the end so i could get an instant response.

That is awful that they are closed for so long, i wouldn't have known had you not said Jan!

I hope you get it sorted soon x

I'm waiting to see if hubby gets a similar letter. If not, then they have just lost my payslips as they were sent in the same envelope.

How someone can say that they have the documentation and then say they've not received it, is beyond me!

Nothing can be done now until the New Year on either side, so I won't let it bother me this next week or so.

My case worker might not be so happy once they start work again in the New Year and I get hold of her!

I'm glad I'm not her!

Seriously, I realise things due to human error can get lost/mislaid/misfiled but if your hubby's are there then yours must be somewhere.

I think I remember a poster earlier today who couldn't get hold of payplan and now realise why!

Obviously we're not supposed to have any problems at Christmas are we?

Wouldn't mind, but the letter is dated the 18th. I've had stuff delivered from Amazon which I ordered after that!

I'm just annoyed that they told us they had everything!

Perhaps they think I might calm down over the next week or so.

They don't know me very well!

Pity you can't send them electronically, this is how Mel's team prefer theirs to be sent?
