That's because I had just got rid of the last partygoers from my New Year's Eve party!! It is not the norm, honest!!

Look forward to the chat too!

Cheers Kallis, Mels team are so professional, I had an e-mail from one of her team for me to phone them which I did and they told me that Mel was in a meeting but would pencil me in for a chat with her at 4pm (fri 15th). Told me straight that the meeting might run over and if it did they would phone me to let me know. Bang on 4pm phone call to say that had haqppened indeed and arranged it for monday.
Like I said so professional and true to their word.

I had a meeting with a barrister yesterday on one of my problem cases, which was due to last for just one hour from 10.00 am and finished around 6.30 pm! So sorry to all of my clients who had to have their meetings cancelled yesterday - but it was an important meeting.

Hi guys, still here! Been reading all the advice all you lovely people have been giving while ive been waiting for my accountant to get all my final accounts sorted. Its such a pain being self employed sometimes but spoke to Gareth from Mels team today who bless him has been off for a few days with man flu!
Think all my paperwork is now in and now hopefully they can help getting all those pesky phonecalls stopped.
We keep making token payments but we are still behind so are still in the collection department.
Sorry to ramble on but would just like to thank everyone on their kind advice as would'nt of known what to do without you all.
