The account is in joint names but the standing order is his responsbility, now if he doesn't put the money in for them what is going to happen, any advice please as they only have my address and I have no correspondence of their's. thanks alot x h4u [:X]

If you Google the firm Moon Beaver you will find their contact details. I suggest that you give them a ring to explain the situation tomorrow.

Can't you close down that account an open a new one in just your name? And nothing to stop you ringing the bank and asking them to stop the payment.

Hi I hope you can stop the payment and would suggest too that you open another bank account and separate your payments thus saving any bank charges being given to you on payments due to be made by your hubby.
