Being fairly new to all this,I have returned all documentation as asked for and was wondering what happens next?

Jones Giles have said that they are prepared to act on our behalf,so am I allowed to use the letters they supplied, and forward them to our creditors informing them that they are acting on our behalf or not?

Not really sure what`s happening.I`m still new at all this.

If Melanie is prepared to act for you, and you are happy with this, then you can let your creditors know. Mel will also do the same.

Just let her know you are happy to go ahead.

I'm not sure why the process has not been properly explained to you. Can you drop me a line to my e-mail address so that I can identify you properly - but in the meantime the very reason we provide sample letters is for you to advise your creditors of your intentions to propose an IVA, so send them out as soon as possible.

Hi everhopeful, Melanie and her team are very approachable and always contactable so do contact them with anything you're not sure of. All the best you've chosen a good team there to represent you.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Panic over!

Have heard today and the ball seems to have started rolling.
Just me getting in a bit of a panic, that`s all.

It`s all very new to me,so no reflection on the company,so far they have been fine.
