not been on here for what seems an age. back in jan i looked into entering an iva...well, here i am with my creditors meeting tomorrow. panicking that it will be rejected which will then only leave bankruptcy. not really looking for any answers on here tonight, just to share my (dark) thoughts!!!
Good luck for tomorrow, I'm sure you'll be fine - your IP wouldn't put your proposal forward if they didn't think that it would succeed. Which company are you with?

Good luck Gail. I'm strangely jealous because we're having to wait a bit before we can properly start the process, but on the other hand I can imagine EXACTLY how you feel. Let us know how it goes.[:)]

GOOD NEWS!!!! many thanks for all your kind messages of support. IVA was accepted today with a few modifications. mainly on IP's side but an increase of £18 which i can happily live with. I went thru Blair Endersby and, contrary to many people giving them a bad review, I have found them to be very good. Think its one of those where if your upfront and honest with them.... Well, proof is in the pudding so to speak as I can now start looking forward. Thanks again for kind messages x
