Hello,

My IVA has been approved! I can start to breath again nearly passed out when phone rang. Been approved with 1 modification for us and some for the IP firm. Just got to prove that mine and my partners pension are being paid at minimum amount. Really pleased as I thought they would ask us to go on interest only mortgage but this was not mentioned. Oh the relief is unbeliveable!

Thanks again for all the information and support on this site.

Going to have a cuppa now! [:)]
Tracey

Question for the Ip's(and Andy),why do some creditors seem to push for Interest only mortgages and yet others dont bother??

Some creditors feel that customers who owe them money ought not to be benefitting from capital repayment and thus acquiring an asset during and IVA at their expense Paul!
