hi all , my sister spoke to Payplan today after talking to them they said that she should be able to go ahead with a DRO so they are sending out paperwork for her to fill in, so fingers crossed for her, now all i need to do is sort mine and hubbys out as it looks more than likely that we will have to go bankrupt as due to ill health on my part an IVA seems very unlikely and a DMP (which we were in before ) is not a viable option as it would take nearly 25yrs to pay back, oh well as they would say "thats the way the cookie crumbles" thanks to everyone for all your support and advice , will keep you updated on sister's progress and also whats happening with us, regards to you all

I'm glad that your sister is getting sorted, and I wish her all the best.

Sorry to hear that you will probably have to go bankrupt, but your health comes first.

Good luck, we're here for you at anytime if you need help with filling in forms etc.

I wish you all the best as well Debbie. You can fill the forms in online - you'll just have RSI instead of writers cramp![:D]

We're here to help.
