Creditors meeting is due tomorrow - if the worst comes to the worst and the IVA is not approved what happens next?

Good luck tomorrow but hopefully you will be fine. If rejected your IP will be able to fight your case for another two weeks and resolve any problems. If that is still not enough you are back to square one and can do a DMP, go bankrupt or propose a new IVA.

Good luck from me as well.

I'm sure you will be ok. Look forward to reading a positive post tomorrow.

Oh my post appears to havbe disappeared - not sure what has happened there - but am so pleased my IVA was approved by 100% of my creditors as I have just read my Chairman's Report - I cannot tell you what a weight has been lifted - thank you all so much for the help and comfort.

I'm pleased for you Suzanne but did wonder where the post was, glad it was approved 100% and hope your journey to debt freedom is a smooth one. x
