I also have my IVA with Blair Endersby and found out from post on this forum that the two IP'S who got my IVA approved had left the Company.
I have no idea who my IP is at present but I do have the name and telephone number of an account manager should I have any problems, questions etc.
Maybe as suggested in a earlier post by "Kallis" to telephone them directly and get your questions answered that way.
PS I have just had my six month review and the letter received asking for my wage slips still had the two IP's name on it even though they left the company some time ago.
Having said that I have to be honest and say that "so far" Blair Endersby have been brilliant in their dealings with myself.
It is bad if they are still using the same letterheads - this should not happen.
Once an IP leaves, then the paperwork and contact numbers should be altered accordingly.

Please be advised that James Kaye and Nicholas Morgan are still (Joint) Supervisors pending a Court transfer of their cases to new IP's. Once this transfer has taken place, all of our clients will be informed accordingly.

This is exactly what's happened to me Hawk! I wrote around the same time as you did and still no meeting date on the cards... I'm following this up now though as I don't think it's acceptable. Would appreciate hearing if progress was made after posting on here...
I used the email address and got an almost instance response. I was dealt with really quickly and used email to speed up the response and now have my full and final next week. Good luck with your proposal and meeting!!
