first of all apologies i have'nt posted in a long time.My husband and i have seperated have three children 18,12 and 11,i have no contact from him he chooses to ignore my calls we will be at our 4th year in october and will be expected to raise 22,000 plus.Orignal debt of about 53,000 we pay 259pm.My earnings are 663 and he's are 539pm.To be honest his next wage is june and do not know if he will withdraw his wages or even if he as cancelled them.We have a mortgage of about 54,000 value of propery about 90,000.I would struggle to meet my iva payments and what about the release of equity i could not raise this money,i want to keep my home will my supervisor make me bankrupt.We where with synergi but it's now changed to clear debt.Please forgive my terrible grammar and spelling mistakes,i am so tired i cannot sleep for worrying.Thankyou in advance for your help

So sorry to hear your sad news Frances - it does sound as if you have been left to deal with everything.

You are now with a great IP firm - so I would give them a call in the morning to seek some advice. Assuming that matrimonial proceedings may now ensue, it may be possible to finalise the IVA at the same time - but best to deal with things in order of priority.

thankyou melanie for your reply just so scared after struggling for so long that i may now lose my home more importantly my childrens, will ring them in the morning thankyou once again
