YYYYYYESSSSSSS! IVA accepted with minor modifications regarding fees but no payment increases. I am SO relieved.
Just want to say an absolutely massive thankyou to Claire Jackson, Melanie Nicholas, Angela Smith and of course Melanie Giles you have all been absolutely fantastic throughout, I really don't know what we'd have done if we hadn't found this forum. Thanks also to everyone who have given their time to answer questions I've posted. Well now is where the hard work starts but at last there's a light glimmering in the distance - it may be 6 years away (we proposed 6 years as NR were one of our creditors and as dividend was quite low knew they'd ask for it so we saved them the bother) but we can at least see it now.
Many thanks again to all involved I think we might just have a little celebratory drink tonight!

That's great news - I'm on holiday at the moment so not really in touch with the office, so it is great to know that the forum is keeping me in touch with what is happening back at base. Very much look forward to working with you over the next few years.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Thanks for all the replies - still not really sunk in to be honest. Can't believe it. We've not really thought about it much over the last week or so as missus has been ill with a chest infection. The antibiotics seem to be working though, she's been for an interview for the long awaited deputy managers job today took her all her effort to get ready but it's done and dusted so who knows more good news may be on the way later in the week, fingers crossed but even if she didn't get I'm still smiling safe in the knowledge that 6 years time (possibly 7 with equity release clause) we'll be debt free. An excellent feeling and one that has given me a permanent smile, today at least.
