Hi - just wanted to say that our creditor's meeting was held this morning. Although there were a few amendments, the proposal wasn't changed much and was subsequently accepted! I feel like a weight has lifted and we can start the process of successful financial management. I am so grateful to our IP, who was brilliant throughout.

We hsve signed our proposal today and the papers go to court tomm, creditors meeting is first week in August, it feels like forever away, praying it will be accepted,cant bear it!

Is your IP going to apply for an interim order for you? If not, there is no need for papers to be sent to Court any more.
