i have posted on here a few times for some advice. since i initially started having problems i had to reduce my hours at work due to health problems. as a result i only take home around 620 a month. i have about 15k of debt including a car on finance which i would need to keep because of my disability. i am confused as i am not sure if this would be enough salary income to enable a decent rate of return for the creditors
i am currently in a dmp and paying 100 a month now as well as my car payment of 230 a month and rent of 200 so am left tight as it is.
i am in receipt of DLA at the moment but this is being reviewed in a year.
any advice would be helpful ( as it always is here
Hi there, I'm not sure of the answer to your question but do recall reading on the forum a company could be Cleardebt who compose low income IVA's.
However, looking at your outgoings and incomings I can imagine you're struggling now. Do you have any assetts that could be affectedy by bankruptcy so you could have a fresh start? x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
not really i live with my parents and only have my car which as i said although might be worth a few thousand i would ideally like to keep as of my health situation
It might be worth talking to a professional Stewart who can go through all your options with you. You need to look after your health and do it without the worry x

yeah just seems very formal and not sure what to do for best as obviously my dla is helping me pay for my meds, extra fuel for appointments etc but it isnt guaranteed income as it might (god forbid) be stopped next year.
I would definately recommend that you contact ClearDebt who do specialise in looking at solutions for the lower disposable income. Perhaps an IVA could work for you - I am not sure what their minimum payment criteria is.
