Hope you get a postive answer tomorrow toolbox. I'll be thinking of you.

I love it Toolbox, and keep promising myself to come over and dive the Strangford Lough, which I gather is a very good dive. Off to Egypt next week to the Red Sea again. Hope you manage to get back to it once the IVA has concluded.

I still have all the gear. I done my diving around the Donegal coast, fantastic sites there, both wrecks and marine life, not to be sniffed at.

Toolbox i am with the same firm as you and i have to say they have been great with us. We had our creditors meeting just a few weeks ago and thankfully all went well.

I am sure you will have good news in the morning.

PS another NI person here too!

Thanks New Start, I'm not complaining about the company, its just having to wait, I thought it would have been sorted today but alas it wasn't.

I'm more than happy with the company

New Start, may I be so bold to ask if you dealt directly or went through an introducer 1st? What level of debt and p/£ repayment?

Just off phone to IP, apparently because not all creditors voted yesterday, things have been left in limbo with one creditor having the +25% in their favour (and voting against). IP working to resolve this and trying to gather more votes today. Stress levels have now exceeded all previous records!!

I was talking to Michael yesterday about your case, and he is very confident of overturning the votes. Trust the excellent gentleman you have working for you, who is a close friend of mine, and I feel sure that you will soon get the result that you deserve.
