Anyone else having problems?

I transferred £200 on Sunday after a client paid at last. Still not shown up on the card (usually by 2 next day)

Rung several times and harrassed sounding staff say there's nothing they can do it's a tech issue.

Really peed off as that was our week's food money.

Oh not good, I don't personally have one of these cards but we'll keep this bumped up in case others have had the same problem. Hope it's sorted soon. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I have the card, but not put anything on or off for a while. My sis was saying the other day that they aren't taking any new customers. Maybe they've got more than they can handle and so are falling behind on everything.

I'm hoping to use it more and more as I sell on ebay so we can use the money in our local shops.

I'd be on the phone again as the answer they have given you is just not good enough!

Glad I'm not using mine at the moment!

I hope you get it sorted out, it's not good when it's your money and you need to get at it straight away.

I would also be on the phone ripping someones head off!

The money has finally just arrived, over 3 days later

I'm wary of using it again now but it's so vital to me as nearly all my clients pay via Paypal and bank withdrawals take too long.

I'm glad you're sorted finally.

I only use my Paypal account for Ebay payments and that then funds my Ebay payments.

Glad it's sorted now. That's really poor service from Paypal though.

I'm not suprised about the level of customer 'service' though - I've never heard a good word about Paypal!

I've never had a problem with my normal Paypal account though.

I've had a couple of problems and so has one of the girls I work with, and trying to get them sorted out is the equivalent of banging your head against a wall!
