i have come out of my iva under a notice of non- compliance and have sold the house without informing anybody as i was told that this restriction would be automaticly removed by my default only by the odd chance i contacted my solicitor who told me that the buyers solicitor had missed looking into the land register part to see if there was a restriction he as the sale and money had gone through and all parties had been paid this was nothing to do with him as this came close to a repo but lucky enough to sell doese this have any addverse effects on iether parties

Hi Bigal and welcome to the forum.

What is you plan now, seeing as your IVA has failed?

You are now back to square one, and your creditors will come after you. If you intend to go BR, the Official Receiver will look for an explanation for your actions.

I should imagine one of the forum professionals will be along soon to offer their views.

If the IVA has failed, the your former IP should have removed the restriction. If this has not happened, ask them to do so without further delay.
