Hi all. Would I be right in thinking that because the iva is just in my name, my husband is able to earn overtime and we don't have to pay any over into the iva? His basic salary was taken into account for the I&E because some months there is no overtime at all but some months there is. We have been saving the overtime money to pay off hsbc overdraft that he is liable for, is this ok?Think I know the answer but doubt myself sometimes and worry over silly things!
I'm pretty sure that his overtime is his to do with as he wishes.
