Morning all; great news!. All four creditors voted in favour. Payplan advised me of the ten percent and 50 50 rule for overtime etc and they did state the modifcation applied is that should I get into 3 months arrears the creditors have stated payplan would have to file for bankcruptcy on my behalf. No more contact from creditors. Onward and upwards. X
