Did I say things were looking up? Funny how things change one day to the next.

We are now being driven from our home, and forced to move asap. I don't want to go into too many details on a public forum, but because of an incident against me and my partner, we have been advised by authorities to move out of the area quickly. The only way to move quickly is to utilitise the money from the windfall. I've contacted my IPs ofice about this, just waiting to see what they say.

Personal safety takes priority as far as I am concerned, despite what creditors might say.
Regards
Mr W

This will probably require a variation but I am sure creditors will look sympathetically on your situation. Have you considered asking to retain the windfall and then bring the money in later from your share of bonuses and overtime or an extension to the IVA?

Sorry to hear your news and I do hope you manage to move soon.

Personal safety is definitely a priority.

Use the money and move now - your IP will understand if you are in any sort of personal danger, and this is not an IVA failing point given the sums involved.
