The man who rang me almost shouted at me and I put the phone down. They only contacted me through JD williams who I think are a nightmare for ringing harrasement to.
Cleardebt do not do harrassment, they are dead set against it. I have met David Mond and Size5 and no way would they condone this.
Did you get a name? It would be a help.

Sasha he was called. He rang back after I put phone down. I put phone down again then disconnected my phone till the morning. I was upset at his attitude.
I have sent an email to Size5, don't know if he will pick up on it tonight but he should do tomorrow.

I can assure you I felt harrased and pressured he has called a few times and I have not returned the forms as Im not doing the Iva. Thanks for your help.

I'm with cleardebt and have posted several times on here about how good they are and am very surprised to hear that they are hassling you! I am sure if you've emailed Mike size 5 that he will look into it for you. I have never had contact with anyone called Sasha and so cannot comment on him, but everyone I have ever dealt with has been fantastic!
Even if you do not decide to go with cleardebt, please do not let the attitude of one person put you off what maybe a very good option for you with an IVA.
I have received Jans e mail this morning, and will attempt to resolve this matter personally. To the original poster, I have left you a voicemail so if you could give me a buzz back I would appreciate it.
