I have re-opened this thread for info of all members.
I wrote to my IP and also sent 3 full months of petrol receipts to back up my claim that I was indeed paying out £190 pcm for fuel.
My allowance was only £130 pcm, leaving me with a shortfall of £60.
I also expained all expenses and sent copies of receipts again.
My IP was very understanding and at my annual review has included all these additional expenses resulting in no increase in payments for my second year, despite an increase in take home pay.
Thanks for all the advice. It really does pay to sit down and write that letter, or make that call to discuss your concerns.
So here we go, year 2 begins right now. How time passes!
A positive post jtomo64 which will help others in a same/similar situation and shows how good communication with your IP can help to improve a situation as without the communication they don't know that we're having problems.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
