Hello

I've just heard from my case officer at Payplan that my Full and Final offer of £6,000 to complete my IVA has been accepted.

Can't beleive I might actually be debt free in time for Christmas [:)]

Thanks every one[:)]

Hi Tristan, no my f & f offer was well below what was originally expected - only about one third. But my circumstances changed so drastically over the past few months that I have been 'living' on a deficit income.

If my creditors had not accpepted bankruptcy would have been the only answer for me and then they would have got nothing.

Good luck with your full and final, let us know how it goes.

Sus x
Susan
