Hi everyone,

Thanks for all your messages - the iva has just been approved as we had to negotiate some changes. They wanted more cash so we ended up meeting in the middle and paying slightly more than originally agreed but at least it's done!
Not all creditors voted but The main being Natwest did :-)
I am officially insolvent!!!! (never thought i'd be so pleased to say that lol)

Congratulations from me too and hopefully the uplift does not put too much strain on your proposal.

Thanks everyone
The uplift is ok they wanted £80,we got it down to £30 so i can cope with that!
Not sure if it's the best or worst thing - i found out that a qualification i have been doing for the last 2 years i have now passed. It means a pay rise - which i think will be taken into my iva as soon as i get it :-(

Congratulations Claire on the approval and the qualification! Even if you have to pay extra earnings into the IVA, remember you'll reap the benefits of the qualification long after the life of the IVA. Well done!
