HI Lyn welcome to the forum. I'm not sure of the answer but will keep this bumped up for a poster to comment on who does know. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Yes you can providing it's ok with the company. Your IVA is not affected.

This is in no way guaranteed - you will need to check the Articles of Association of the company concerned to see if this is permitted. A simple board resolution could agree to your appointment, but this would require full disclosure to the remaining directors about your financial situation.

Are you planning on joining the board of an existing company, or starting a new one which will be controlled by yourself?
