Who knows if they will check in the future? My mobile was not one of my creditors, and you are always advised to avoid a creditor.

Although Vodafone weren't a creditor I worried all the way through my BR in case they disconnected me as they are very 'selective'!

I'm sure they will. If the phone is in your husband's name there is no reason that I can think of why they wouldn't.

Had orange all along been great.
Again they do a 30 day rolling contract.
They look at you account rather than credit checks. V good.
Upgraded a few times

Sorry to hear that Joanna - try TMobile. We've had several posters say that they've been able to get a contract whilst in an IVA.

I've been with Vodafone on a contract for several years, and not had any problems upgrading my phone whilst in my IVA, and I just got a brand new blackberry on a contract.

I think if you already have a contract, they don't do a credit check. They only check if you go to a new service provider.

Completion Certificate received September 2012.

Joanna isn't on a contract at all at the moment, that's the problem.

Joanna - try the T-mobile website - i have a pay as you go and pay by direct debit - for £15.00 per month, unlimited texts and 600 mins or if there is a tmobile shop near you pop in and see what they can offer you!
