I've got an 03 car Phil and it does for me for now. I was left sitting in with the keys in a brand new SLK on Monday, belongs to my boss and I was playing putting the roof up and down when she got called away....very nice car but my focus will do me for now. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

It's the best feeling when you know that you don't owe anything at all on it!

I always feel lucky when I read "car" posts - living in the Essex / London area there is no need for your own transport with the excellent 24 hour / 7 day night bus service that we have here. And the "Oyster" card is a bargain. Thank you Boris!!! And I guess Mr. Livingston too!!!

I couldn't be without a car, regardless of where I lived!

Look into the "Oyster" - if you are an occasional traveller to London it can save you 50% or so on the "cash" fares on the tube and buses when you arrive.

Oyster cards don't work on all overground routes so you'd need to check this out. It will still save you money on your tube journey though.
