I think it would be best to speak with the DMP company to ascertain their version of the events to this point.
Anyone who works on debt management plans will understand that sometimes creditors provide messages erroneously to their clients that put the debt management provider in a bad light.
Of course it may turn out that the DMP company haven't been managing things well, in which case I would think that finding a new provider would make sense rather than continuing in part with this DMP company and also self-managing particular creditors.
