Hi marksam1, no you'll be fine, you can't complete it until you receive the paperwork so don't worry, probably pop an email to your IP just to make sure it's not lost in the post but I'm sure there will be a leeway on the time it has to be done. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

No expert - but no how can they its not your responsibility to carry it out its your IP who no doubt will have been withdrawing the fees for the work!

Carry on as you are but remember to note changes as at some point they will ask you to complete a revised I&E as part of the review

They won't fail you Mark. It is up to them to contact you to sort the review out.

You could always give them a gentle reminder that it is due though. I think there is a couple of months leeway but not 100% on that.

I don't agree it's down to the IP - we should be sharing responsibility to ensure our IVAs go to plan and complete successfully. There's too much at stake for us if anything goes wrong. I haven't been asked to do my 18month review yet so just sent off the payslips anyway with a covering letter.

I send off my payslips quarterly but have always waited for the company to contact me for my annual review.

I send of my payslips quarterly and keep in contact with my IP almost every month, and she always acknowledges my email so I know any change in circumstance is noted. I think we have a duty of responsibility to work alongside the IP and their team. I just want my IVA concluded satisfactorily.

I've not heard from mine at all in the past few months but didn't really expect to as it is a large company. I'm waiting for them to phone for this years review.

Yup my review is in hand as I spoke with my IP via email last week, I'll be glad to have this one to be fair and see what is what in respect of payment as so much has changed. x

we send payslips monthly as hubbys wages vary so much and pay anything over we owe on the next payday-so we know there wont be any nasty surprises at review time and everything is up to date.
I believe it is true that we and the company should share responsibility for ensuring everything is running according to agreement and this is stated in the paperwork.
You do tend to see a fair number of posts where the full blame of failure is put upon the shoulders of the iva company where both parties need to cooperate to ensure a successful conclusion.
We also update any income/expenditure changes as and when they happen so our first review (fingers crossed) will hopefully be fairly straightforward.
-and if it all went pear-shaped at least no-one can say we didnt try !!!
full and final accepted January 2015

iva agreed; August 2010
iva would have completed; August 2017
extra year thank's to NRAM

I didn't inform mine of my last (and final one for a long time) payrise as when I told them last year they said they weren't interested until the annual review.

My annual review is always earlier, first payment i made was april 1st, and my creditors meeting was 15th april, always get the review papers at end of feb, although this year i have written to my IP asking for the letters not to come that week and ive offered to send my wageslips and bank statements that ive got to hand. Main reason is im out of the country and last time my brother read my post, very embarassing, we haven't discussed it he just apologised and it went as a passed moment. Would prefer not to put him in that position again.

Ours is done over the phone so the only paperwork we get is when it's done.

It was early last year so I expect it anytime now.

We received our 1st review paperwork this morning, nothing has changed apart from gas / electric increase and hubby's pension has increased by the big amount of £3. Just need to enclose 3 payslips (they have seen the others up to last Oct) and it can be returned. Scary times, anyone know how long you have to wait before you hear anything, we are with BE.
