just done an experian credit check, post 6 year IVA
got a good score, but a comment "negative effect bankrupt on last 6 years" what does this mean and can i get it removed now?
Hi - i may have misread but you have finished an IVA.
But you
refer to Bankruptcy - Experian refer to Bankruptcy being on your report for a "minimal of 6 years" - longer depends on condition and length of Banruptcy.
Iva and bankruptcy completely diffrent - so if your report refers to bankruptcy then needs to be changed

The IVA should certainly have dropped off by now - check that there are no defaults added after the date of IVA acceptance as well.
