Creditors meeting was today at 1030. No one rang me, so when i got home i rang them, and they have all gone home as well. Nice of them to let me know the outcome NOT. So now i have to wait till tomorrow. But i will work on the assumption that no news is good news, and if it had been rejected i think i would have got to find out. All the same, i am still not happy with the lack of communication.
Oh my god, you poor thing. I hope that doesn't happen to me when my meeting happens next week. That is appalling to have left you in the dark, which company are you with?
Sorry to hear that Howard. How annoying is that, when I am sure all you want to do in know so that you can move on. Fingers crossed it will get sorted tomorrow.

I will name and shame once its over. This is not the first time i have had shoddy service. It took them a month to act on my final offer letter, and then only because i rang them to see what was going on!.
I am starting to wish i had just let it run its course now as it will be over in April anyway. But at least i have been honest declaring a windfall, so as far as i am concerned if it drags on past April it was not my fault, i have complied to the letter of the word for the last 59 months. If the creditors kick off, then i will be well tooled up to deal with them. I have copies of all correspondence, emails etc, and all letters were sent registered signed for. I feel that i have done more than my bit to make a reasonable offer of my final payment plus 3 months additional. It is a shame my IP didnt get their fingers out when they should, it would have all been done ages ago.
I am not overly concerned, and will sleep tonight. If they ring me, they ring me, if they don't then they have got a fortnight till my final payment. Once i have paid that i will cancel the direct debit, and let the fallout commence. At least if the creditors dont get any extra, it is not for my lack of trying to give it to them, and it is all documented.
It would be interesting to get a creditors take on this sort of slack service.
