Good news. FandF has been accepted. Thank you for all your help and support. I have received fund from the third party. This is a good forum for advise and help.

I have paid another installment prior to the meeting which was not included in the FanF. The question is whether I can reduce the sum on Fand F payment.
Do we have to declare any other funds coming (penson fund) to IP. When it is the cutoff point after Fand F accepted. It will be in our credit file for 6 years. I greatly appreciate any help in this matter.

Hi Viktor - congratulations on your F&F. I don't know about the additional payment and the pension. You should discuss both your IP. If your IVA hasn't been closed off yet it could capture the pension so you need to be sure of the IVA being completed before drawing it down.

Hi Victor and well done on your Full and Final acceptance. You need to wait until you get your certificate of completion I believe before you're totally debt free. In regard of the payment I don't know but know one of our experts will be along very soon. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi
Your IP can confirm if you need to deduct that last payment from the full and final sum.
The IVA will be on your file for six years from when it first started
Well done for completing your IVA
Regards

If your IVA has been completed as full and final there should be nothing left to pay as anything afterwards is irrelevant in my opinion. There was a thread yesterday about a PPI reclaim after a F&F but I believe that to be different as the process commenced pre IVA.

Once again thank you for all your advises.
It is a big relief to just await for the certificate.
I am right to say if any windfalls I can keep it after FF accepted or after the certificate.
In this forum we know the answers before we go to the forum.

You will need your certificate of completion in hand before your IVA is finalised.
