Quote from the ACCA, "Thank you for submitting your application for membership. I can confirm that entering into an IVA does not prevent you from becoming an ACCA member, however, if you should go into bankruptcy then you must inform us within 30 days of this occurring"So I guess so long as I continue on the IVA, I can become a bona fide accountant! I am over the moon.
Good luck with your finals DA, I'll be thinking of you, but hopefully this good news will give you the boost you need to join me on the membership list.

Hi Natmac1975, I am really pleased to hear your news. Must be a huge weight of your mind, as I could purely sympathise with you on this.
You have put in a tremendous amount of hard work to achieve your ACCA status and it would have been a crying shame to have it taken, what you have truly earnt, away from you.
What FAAAAAAABBBBBBB News!! I know how hard it is to dedicate all that time to exams etc and the thought that it could all be for nothing is heartbreaking!! To hear your fab news has just made my day!!!
