Hi Judo

Im so pleased for you. I have my creditors meeting on the 18th. One of my creditors is Barclaycard so Im hoping they will accept my proposals as I owe them a large amount It all makes you a little worried when you read others have been rejected by certain companies. Keeping everything crossed best wishes Rich

It is all individual - Barclaycard didn't vote at all and they were the worst ones for harrasment!

Rich, good luck with your meeting,it's stressful waiting.

Judo, hi, i felt sad when i got our chairman's report too! like you i'd banked with Lloyds since leaving school.
Lloyds were our biggest creditor but they accepted.
Nothing stays the same...everything changes..hang on in there!

Hi Judo - from what you have said, it looks like you had a yes from one creditor out of 5, does that mean that Lloyds accounted for or over 75% of your total debt?

My 3 are Nat West (loan) 48%, Nat West Credit Card 14% and M & S 38%, so in that case, the two big ones have to vote yes.

I too felt sad about having to leave Nat West when I entered my DMP, I had banked with them since 1984. One of my jobs at work is banking the proceeds from the trade counter, and our company's bank is Nat West, for a while afterwards I felt guilty everytime I went in there, as if they'd know I was in debt!

My parents have always banked with the TSB, at least ever since they have been married (47 years).
Final payment 1st April 2016.
Completion Certificate received 19th May 2016.

Hi Skeef.
Yes, Lloyds were my main creditor and so I needed their votes!

Best of luck for your meeting. You will be just fine and dandy! ;)
