Is this my IVA finished now ?

today i have recieved a letter of supervisers final report and a copy of completion.... is that my iva finished now.. i paid my last instalmant in march... do i need to do anything now

Hi myles, it's looking that way! Well done you for completing, must be a great feeling, if you have a certificate of completion then it should be finalised.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

thanks for your kind comments, i have been an avid reader of this forum over the last 5 years and have found it invaluable for advice and for support.. i have kept my certiface of completion in a safe place but all my others letters and pay slips i have kept for the duration of my iva have been ceremonisly shredded.. cant tell you how satisfiying it was.. how do i go about repairing my credit file now my iva has finishd.. any advice or shoulkd ijust leave it to sort itself out.. do i need to write to the credit agencies.. ?

You need to check your credit details at all three agencies to see what is registered against your names.

Any defaults added after the date of IVA approval have to be removed and you need to write to those creditors with a copy of your completion letter and tell them to remove the defaults.
