Hi Daniel, I'm the Insolvency Practitioner at Harrington Brooks. Obviously I can't identify you from your user name on here and I wouldn't discuss the detail of your case here in any event but if you call my office my staff will be only too happy to answer your questions, explain the reasons for any variation in the amount you are paying and advise you as to your options. We are not here to keep people in an IVA against their will or if it is not the right solution for them.
So why change my payment structure again in nov last year I made amendments to my account then april comes u put me back up again ? I worked hard so I had money to live on why I done overtime maybe if I,ve of gone br I,d beeen better off or maybe now as I can't do anything I can't get any credit so what's the difference. I wouldn't mind so much if these were my debts but there not my ex stiched me up and done a bunk left me all the s**t to sort out and now have nothing to show. Maybe i5 be better off not even working well may as well s I done c any money anyway

I think you need to email David to try and get this sorted out.
You can always email him directly to see if there is a way forward.

Daniel, as I said in my other post, I can't identify you from your user name here and wouldn't want you to identify yourself or discuss specifics on here. Please either email me direct or call my office to discuss this so that it can be resolved. As I said, we are not in the business of keeping people on an IVA if they don't want to be or if they would rather pursue a different solution.

Speak to David directly Daniel - he won't deal with your specific details on the forum and he cannot identify you from your posts.
