its been accepted, just had the call felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest, what a huge huge relief,
no real modifications at present, just that i have to prove i have been to the csa in relation of child maintenance, but still do not receive any, and if there is ever anyone over the age of 18 living in my house i need to pay their board and lodge in to the iva.
thanks everyone for all your support and thanks to mel and her team, and to clare for calling early knowing i would be on the edge of my seat.

thanks all,

the relief is huge,

i was so scared of loosing my home if i had to go down the bankruptsy route.

but now i have payments i can afford to make, and the protection of an iva.

and in 5 possibly 6 years i will be debt free, and payment one has already been made so a possible 59 to go. FANTASTIC.

lloyds and barclays voted for and mbna didn't bother to vota at all.
